The Belt Dryer EcoGuard Series is engineered for dehydration and chemical processors who must document energy efficiency, control fugitive emissions and comply with occupational safety codes, while preserving the gentle through-circulation drying that protects product shape and quality.
Working Principle
Material is uniformly spread on a conveyor mesh belt by a distribution device, moving horizontally through the dryer at a set speed driven by a variable-frequency transmission. Hot air, driven by circulation fans in each independent drying unit, passes through the material layer for heat and mass transfer, with most air recirculated internally and part of the moist air discharged through the emission control system.
